1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the xsport platform and all its services. xsport is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other gaming services.

These Terms were prepared in Bengali with Bangladeshi players in mind. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

Please note: xsport is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account creation or use by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

If these terms are updated, you will be notified via your registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on xsport, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following details are mandatory:

  • Full name (as shown on your National ID)
  • Active mobile number (registered with bKash or Nagad)
  • Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
  • Valid Email Address
Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or device is strictly prohibited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This requires a photo of your national ID and a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Members are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is not permitted.

3 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Xsport offers a range of bonuses — Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback, Free Spins, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated in the respective offer details.

  • Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. This amount is stated in the bonus details.
  • Game Contribution: Wagering contributions vary by game type. slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino games contribute 10–20%.
  • Duration: Each bonus has a limited validity period. Any unused bonus will expire once the period ends.
  • Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, bets above a set limit are not permitted — generally 5x the bonus amount or ৳1,000, whichever is lower.
xsport reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus. However, bonuses already issued will remain valid until their active wagering requirements are met.

Any form of bonus abuse — including bonus arbitrage, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or providing false information to obtain a bonus — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all accumulated bonuses.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Xsport processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladesh via bKash and Nagad. Key conditions are summarised below:

Funds will only be returned to the same mobile banking number used to make the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party numbers are not permitted.

Xsport does not pay interest on deposits, and platform balances are not considered a financial investment.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on xsport are powered by third-party audited RNG (Random Number Generator) or Live Dealer systems. No party can alter or influence game outcomes.

  • If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, xsport will make a reasonable decision and refund the bet if necessary.
  • If a bet is voided due to an internet disconnection, it will be settled according to the system record.
  • Xsport reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove any game from the platform.
  • International betting rules apply for odds changes and match cancellations in Sports Betting.
In the event of a technical issue during a game, xsport's decision is final. However, disputes may be raised with the support team within the specified timeframe.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xsport and will result in permanent account closure:

  • Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
  • Bonus Abuse: Using false information or deceptive methods to claim a bonus.
  • Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through the platform.
  • Software Manipulation: Use of bots, automation tools, or game manipulation software.
  • Collusion: Colluding secretly with other players during gameplay.
  • Underage Accounts: Creating or using an account while under 18 years of age.
xsport reserves the right to suspend an account and freeze its balance without prior notice if prohibited activity is detected.

7 Privacy & Personal Information

8 Responsible Gaming

Xsport believes gaming is entertainment — not a livelihood. That's why we keep the following tools available at all times:

  • Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you can play in a single session.
  • Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
  • Self-Exclusion: Account suspension options ranging from 6 months to permanent closure.
Self-exclusion requests submitted to support will be actioned within 24 hours. The account will be restricted during this period.

9 Terms Changes & Account Termination

Xsport reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given.

Account Closed by Member: You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any balance will be settled according to the status of active bonus conditions at the time of closure.

Account Closure by xsport: Accounts may be closed without prior notice in cases of prohibited activity, fraud, or breach of these terms.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, contact xsport's support team first. Most issues are resolved within 72 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate it to xsport's licensing authority. Details of this process, including the license number, are available from the support team.

Before escalating a dispute to any external legal body, you must first complete xsport's internal resolution process.
